What have you done with the Comand?
And what happens during Installation?
Have you seen the Security Advice into Installation Guide here on MB-Treff.de?
During Installation you are not allowed to do anything with the car that makes CAN BUs Activity. Even to open a door between Installation can shut down your Installation. Disconnecting Battery during Installation is fatally.

I know, my english is not the best, but maybe its better than your german. I think its better you write english here.

I do not have the installation disk, and since I accidentally walked into the menu I wanted out of it though somehow I still get re pressed and of course, and turned off the ignition and the doors opened, and that just did not fully removed commands. disconnect may be thought of himself in the usual menu will not pomoglo.no Mercedes at a factory were to think out of this regime?

If not: Ask somebody of your friends/colleagues/..., if he could borrow you the navigation disc. It must be the specific navigation disc for your radio, of course.
Otherwise you have to buy a navigation disc...
